Yoga/Wellness Fundraiser -- Join us at our farm for an event that connects people and horses with nature. The peacefulness of the farm and the therapeutic aura that the horses bring make this an ideal location for this fun (non-mounted) event. Location: 6100 Hoffman Road - Hoffman NC

Class I: 8:30 – 9:30 AM Children's Yoga class led by Kelly Fagan, exceptional children's educator/kids yoga & mindfulness teacher/200hr certified yoga teacher.All learners and movers ages 4+ are invited.All Prancing Horse students are encouraged to attend for free! Parents/guardians must be on-site during the children's class hour.

Class 2 - 8:30 - 9:30 Adult Yoga class led by Darlind Davis, trained at Ramchandra Yoga Center in Columbia, Maryland, in the Iyengar yoga technique. She teaches Hatha Yoga for the Village of Pinehurst Parks and Recreation Department.All levels are welcome, chairs will be provided for those who wish to use them.

Class 3: 9:45 – 10:45 AM Join Andrea Bridger for a sound bath where you will be bathed in sound with Tibetan sound bowls and other various instruments helping you drop into an effortless state of relaxation. The vibrations facilitate a shift in the brainwaves allowing you to enter into a deep meditative state where healing can occur. No yoga experience required.Chairs will be available if needed.
