Join us in kicking off our festive affair!

The Carolina Cookie Exchange will be held on December 7, 2025 at the Village Pine Venue. This years event is for guests 8+ years old hosted by Sarah Hinderliter with Sal's of Southern Pines and Kim Lyons of DRESSED Rentals.

What You Need to Know:

-Tickets are limited, so grab yours now!

-You will make four dozen cookies from a recipe of your choosing.

-You will get to take home three dozen cookies from all of the other contributing bakers.

-To select which ones that you like, we will have a tasting table of all the cookie flavors before you begin your selection process.

-Your ticket price also includes: a seasonal drink, a charcuterie grazing table and hors d'oeuvres plus access to our hot cocoa bar.

-Cookie Contest! This years contest will be elevated with multiple judges who are local small business owners from Bravory Bakehouse, Cookies by Jay, Fig & Fromage, and Sama Studio. Fantastic prize gift baskets for 1) Best Decorated, 2) Most Delicious.

-IMPORTANT! There is an option at checkout to list the cookie type you will be baking and bringing to the Exchange. We will be limiting the amount of each type of cookie, so that we do not have too many of one kind. So, if you let us know at checkout, then you will have a better chance of securing your entry in the competition. Please note that we may have to ask for a different type of cookie if we have too many of the same. We will email you if that is the case.

This year, guests will have the opportunity to create their own seasonal keepsakes, including candle making with Rustic Pine Candle Company and a jewelry dish featuring real pressed flowers with Sam and Sea Artistry. (Please note: a separate fee applies for each activity, payable directly to the businesses.

You will be able to drop your cookies off between 10a-2p the day of the event at Village Pine Venue, so that we can have everything set up and laid out when you arrive. We ask that all guests leave after dropping off cookies and return when doors open at 4:30 pm. NEW! You may also drop your cookies off on Saturday at Bravory Bakehouse between 9a-8p. The Exchange will begin around 5:30 with event ending around 6:30/7:00pm. We will provide more detailed information via email once you have your ticket secured.

The Cookie Exchange tickets will be $25 (plus ticketing site fees). This year we will offer a limited amount of guests tickets ($15 plus fees) for those who wish to attend the event, but do not wish to bring cookies. These guests can enjoy the seasonal drink, charcuterie grazing table, hors d'oeuvres, and cookie tasting table as well as access to hot cocoa bar, but will not be able to participate in the Cookie Exchange or take home 3 dozen cookies. NEW! Guest access ticket holders will be able to purchase cookies from Cookies by Jay at the event!

Bakers! Please have your name and cookie type on an index card on your disposable cookie container. Containers will not be returned.

We are so blessed to be able to have this event at the beautiful Village Pine Venue again this year! This venue is located just outside the world famous golf town of Pinehurst, NC. 

We are so excited to bring this Cookie Exchange to Moore Country for a second year! Bring your friends and spend a beautiful afternoon with us spreading joy during the most wonderful time of the year!
