Sharon Granito grew up in Nutley, New Jersey and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where she graduated with a BA Degree in Elementary Education. There after she enjoyed a twenty-one year career teaching primary school. Sharon lives, with her husband, James, on a farm in North Carolina where a stray dog prompted thee creation of the children's book
