London, 1925: Agatha and Archie Christie occupy a world filled with tennis matches, lavish estates, and shooting parties. Into their lives comes Nan O’Dea, a seemingly earnest young woman who lures Archie away from his devoted and famous wife. Archie is a known philanderer, arrogant and undeserving. The reader doesn’t get the sense that Nan is a woman in love. So why is she trying to destroy the Christie’s marriage?
