Southern Pines CrossFit is honored to be able to have our annual Memorial weekend tribute to the brave fallen while supporting the amazing GOLD STAR TEENS. $40 tickets includes Murph WOD, Yoga, & a T-Shirt/Tank!

Thursday, 27 May. EVENING. 1700 & 1800
Friday, 28 May. MORNING. 0600, 0700, 0800, 0900, & 1000. YOGA with HOTASANA at 1100!
Donations and t-shirt sales proceeds go directly to the GOLD STAR TEENS.
