Southern Pines CrossFit is honored to be able to have our annual Memorial weekend tribute to the brave fallen while supporting the amazing GOLD STAR TEENS. This year will certainly look a bit different, but it will feel the same!
The location has changed! Please join us at our future SPCF home.
Sunday 24 May. EVENING. 1600, 1700, & 1800
Monday 25 May. MORNING. 0600, 0700, 0800, 0900, 1000, & 1100. YOGA with HOTASANA at NOON!
15 people per hour.
Socially distant, with a responsible cleaning crew!
Donations and t-shirt sales proceeds go directly to the GOLD STAR TEENS. (Order your tee/tank ahead of time, or get one there)
