Please join the Southern Pines CrossFit Community as we participate in the annual Barbells for Boobs fundraiser! An event near and dear to our hearts, this year we are even more honored to rally around our very own community/family members in their fight against Breast Cancer.

On Saturday, 15 February we will do "Grace", a traditional CrossFit benchmark consisting of 30 Clean and Jerks for time, PLUS "Helen". "Grace MEETS Helen" **Partner "Grace", Heavy "Grace" and Double "Grace" too! Coach-led Warm Up and Movement Standards included. All athletes welcome. Childcare available 8:30 - 11:30am.
