Olivia Cohen, founder of Cohen Classical Arts, will guide young artists through the foundational oil pastels techniques required to create their own Balloon Dog piece inspired by Jeff Koons' iconic Balloon Dog sculptures. This class if perfect for beginners and experienced young artists alike. All materials are provided.
