Now for the Cocktails part. Pour yourself one of our Weymouth Special Cocktails (recipe included in ticket price), put on your favorite outfit, and have a seat on your veranda. Then join the conversation!

Audience Participation Costume Contest: Express yourself! Let your outfit and cocktail glass tell some tales of your own! The best looking costume and cocktail preparation wins a dinner for two at Ashten’s and two annual memberships to Weymouth!

Thursday, August 27 is a special event - a fundraiser to support Weymouth's Be Our Bridge Campaign. "Happy Tales & Cocktails" will be a fun online event, featuring an interview with Weymouth Board Member and founder of Ashten's Ashley Van Camp. Joining Ashley will be Board President Kathryn Talton, Executive Director Ry Southard, and Weymouth's newest board member Katie Wyatt. With your $45 ticket, you receive a special cocktail recipe and Zoom invitation to the online party. We encourage you to dress up for the event, make your cocktail in advance, find a lovely spot to perch and be prepared to be regaled with stories of Ashten's founding, how the Van Camps have contributed to Southern Pines, exciting new equestrian projects at Weymouth, and how the Weymouth Center for the Arts and Humanities is preparing for reopening. We'll record the session and take screen-shots of your cocktail spread - the best presentation will receive 2 free Annual Memberships to Weymouth!

The grand prizes of the night will include special gifts from sponsors Worth and Tina Mitchell. The Mitchells are local NC founders of Kvell Vodka and Spirits, they are donating a Kvell gift basket and a $100 Ashten's gift certificate to be drawn at random from ticket holders during the event!
