So what happens at a goat yoga class?
Imagine an event where you can’t help but find yourself laughing along with total strangers, making new friends, attempting a yoga pose for the first time, or the 100th, finding yourself contouring your body around a goat that claimed your mat while demanding that you take interest in them on their terms. Now you have a great understanding of goat yoga!
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done yoga. What matters is that you come prepared for a unique & joyful experience. It is all about getting outdoors in a beautiful setting, surrounding yourself with loving animals & disconnecting from stress.
Ticket also includes bottle feeding baby goats & cheese samples!
Requirements:
Ages 10+
If you have children younger just contact us and we can work something out! Don't want to charge them for an adult fee.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towels & water
We will have extras just in case!
Helpful information:
Wear comfortable clothes & shoes you don't mind getting dirty from all the goat love.
Goat fur is hypoallergenic so allergy sufferers really only need to be concerned about pollen from surrounding farms/green spaces.
Full disclosure: occasionally, a goat may poop on a mat; However, they are consistency of pebbles & easy to clean. Very rarely, a goat may pee near you, but VERY infrequently (if ever) do they do that on someone.
Please be aware that we will be taking photos to share on our website & social media pages.
We ask that all participants are respectful of those around them, & treat the animals with kindness & respect too!
